Please note that the new airport (Siem Reap Angkor International Air Port, SAI) will begin operations on October 16th 2023. The new airport is located 40 km from Siem Reap city.

You can reach the city by private taxi or shuttle bus. Private taxi costs 35 USD while shuttle bus costs 8 USD (15 USD for 2 ways).

The shuttle bus departure times are as follows. 9:30, 12:30, 15:00, 20:00. There are several bus stops but please get off at CDF Duty Free Store and it will take around 7 mins by tuktuk to the hostel (1.5km)

From bus station

For bus or mini van: The bus drop-off location varies depending on the bus company. Most are approximately 1-4 km from the city center. Please take a tuktuk and it costs around 2-3 usd.
